These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "your", or the "User") and Rovion Games ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company") governing your access to and use of our mobile game Stack My Plate (the "Game").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE GAME.

1. Eligibility and Age

The Game may be played by people of all ages. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, or under the age of digital consent in your region, a parent or guardian must supervise your use.

When you first launch the Game we ask your age. You agree to answer truthfully, because the Game uses your answer to decide which privacy protections apply and how ads are shown. Users under 18 only ever see non-personalized, age-rated ads and are never asked for ad consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. License to Use the Game

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Game on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Game and all related intellectual property, including code, art, music, sound, characters, names, story, recipes, mechanics, and trademarks. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated here.

3. No Accounts; Local Progress

The Game does not require or offer user accounts, sign-in, or cloud save. Your progress, coins, stars, settings, and age answer are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear its data, switch devices, or your device is lost or reset, your progress is lost and cannot be restored by us. We are not responsible for lost progress.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not do any of the following.

Cheat, exploit, or modify the Game, including using bots, automation tools, modded APKs or IPAs, memory editors, or any software that interacts with the Game in a way we did not intend.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.

Abuse bugs or glitches to obtain coins, stars, or progression that would not otherwise be available. Please report bugs to us instead.

Tamper with the Game's saved data, the advertising or consent flow, or the age screen, including entering a false age to enable advertising.

Interfere with ads in a way that violates Google AdMob's policies, such as generating fraudulent clicks or impressions.

Use the Game for any commercial purpose, or in violation of any applicable law.

Interfere with or disrupt the Game or the third-party services it relies on.

5. Suspension and Termination

Because the Game has no accounts, we cannot suspend individual players. We may, however, stop providing the Game, remove it from app stores, or release updates that disable versions that have been tampered with. We may also report fraudulent ad or purchase activity to Google or Apple, and we may withhold items from purchases that fail verification. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

6. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

The Game includes coins, stars, and unlockable restaurant branches that are earned through gameplay, including by watching optional rewarded ads. Coins can also be bought in packs as an optional in-app purchase, and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is available.

Coins, stars, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for money or anything of value outside the Game. You receive only a limited, personal, revocable license to use them within the Game.

We may add, remove, rebalance, or change any in-game item or currency at any time, including in updates that alter the Game's economy or difficulty.

In-app purchases. Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store using your store account, and the store's payment terms apply. Prices are shown in your local currency by the store and may include tax. "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your store account; it removes banner and interstitial ads permanently, while optional rewarded ads remain available. Coin packs are consumable: the coins are added to your in-game wallet on your device and cannot be restored once spent or if the Game's data is deleted. If a purchase is interrupted, the item is delivered the next time the Game connects to the store. You can restore "Remove Ads" on a new device from Pause, then Privacy, then Restore Purchases.

Refunds. All purchases are final except where the store's refund policy or applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Refund requests must be made to Google Play or Apple, who process the payment. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove the item from the Game.

Minors. Purchases by users under 18 require the permission of a parent or guardian, and the stores' parental controls apply. The Game never prompts children with purchase offers; the shop opens only when the player chooses to open it.

7. Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may update the Game at any time with bug fixes, security patches, new features, balance changes, or the removal of features. Some updates may be required to continue playing. We may also suspend or discontinue the Game, in whole or in part, at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times, will be free of bugs, or that any feature will be retained. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a stable game but make no promise of uninterrupted availability.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services: Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) for usage analytics and crash reporting; Google AdMob for age-appropriate advertising; Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising consent; Unity In-App Purchasing for connecting to store billing; and Google Play or the Apple App Store for distribution and payments. Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, their availability, or their handling of your data beyond what we accept in our Privacy Policy.

9. Advertising

The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising. By using the Game, you agree that we may display banner ads, interstitial ads between levels, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game bonuses. Ad content is limited by age band: G-rated for children under 13, PG-rated for teens, and T-rated for adults.

For adults, where the law requires it, ads are personalized only with your consent, which you can change at any time from Pause, then Privacy, then Ad Privacy Choices. Declining does not remove ads but makes them non-personalized, except in regions where declining also disables advertising entirely. Ads shown to users under 18 are always non-personalized.

Rewarded ads grant their bonus only when the ad network confirms you watched the ad. Closing an ad early forfeits the reward. Ad availability depends on the ad network and is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, the products or services advertised, or any transaction you enter into with an advertiser.

10. Disclaimers and No Warranty

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement; warranties that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free; warranties that defects will be corrected; and warranties regarding third-party ads or content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law, and any non-excludable warranties are limited in duration to the minimum period allowed.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, in no event shall Rovion Games, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or in-game progress; or any damages arising from your inability to use the Game, from any bug, outage, or interruption, from any third-party ad, content, or service, or from your reliance on any information obtained through the Game.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Game shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100) or one United States Dollar (USD 1.00), whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rovion Games and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Game, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by mandatory law in their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide reasonable notice through the Game, on our website, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Game and uninstall it.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts, which it does for consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and many other jurisdictions.

Before commencing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@roviongames.com with the subject line "Dispute Notice" and give us at least thirty (30) days to resolve the matter in good faith. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

15. Individual Claims Only (Where Permitted by Law)

Where permitted by applicable law, you and we agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

16. Severability, No Waiver, Assignment, Force Majeure

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, or outages of Google Play, the App Store, Firebase, or AdMob.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rovion Games regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals regarding the Game.
